Siya sat gracefully as Kushi and her family ladies, along with Naditha, fussed around her, adjusting every pleat of the vibrant orange kanjeevaram saree. The room was filled with soft chatter and the delicate scent of jasmine flowers woven into Siya's braid. Naditha carefully patted down the final pleats while one of Kushi's cousins gently blended the last touch of makeup, giving Siya a flawless, glowing look.
When the saree and makeup were finally perfect, Kushi clapped her hands softly with a warm smile. "Alright, ladies, thank you so much. Could I have a moment with her now?" she asked gently, guiding them toward the door. They exchanged curious glances but nodded and stepped out of the room.
